A four-week programme designed for high-performing professionals to reduce low-level anxiety, sleep more deeply, and improve clarity under pressure.

PRIVATE SESSIONS (1-TO-1 & GROUPS)

Sessions tailored to the needs of each client. These can be done either on an individual or group basis, in person or online.

WORKSHOPS FOR CORPORATES, SCHOOLS & SPORTS TEAMS

60- to 90-minute group sessions focussed on stress regulation, resilience, and focus with optional follow-up 1:1 support.
