The Breath Lab uses simple techniques, founded in science, to provide natural, rapid and long-lasting relief from breathing-related disorders.

 If you are suffering from any of the following, dysfunctional breathing could be to blame:

Welcome to The Breath Lab

Why the name?

The Breath Lab isn’t the softest sounding name in the world - it sounds clinical and conjures up images of white lab coats. But that’s because it’s time we all started taking our breathing seriously.

Until now, breathwork has been shrouded in mystery and seen as a very ‘out there’ form of holistic therapy.

It certainly hadn’t crossed into the realms of science and medicines - at least not in the western world.

But the good news is that times are changing.



Why now?

In the last few years, breathwork has been brought to the fore by an explosion of blogs, books and celebrity testimonials.

Weird and wonderful techniques and exercises, made famous by the likes of Wim Hof, promise to make you faster, better and stronger. But what if a few simple tweaks to the way you breathe day in, day out could shift your physical and mental wellbeing?

Conscious breathing is big in the wellness world but it’s not just as simple as inhaling and exhaling.

WHAT WE OFFER

 
 

PRIVATE SESSIONS (1-TO-1 & GROUPS)

The clinic centres around teaching that is tailored to the needs of each client. This can be done either on an individual or group basis.

Typically we would recommend a course of four to six sessions but there are various options available.

Sessions can be done in person or online.

CORPORATE WELLBEING

Boost physical and mental health and wellbeing, productivity and concentration by booking in for a tailored presentation or interactive masterclass.

Sessions range from 45 minutes to three hours and are designed to help your employees and your business in various ways.

SCHOOLS & SPORTS TEAMS

Dysfunctional breathing patterns play a role in craniofacial development, learning disorders, stress management and concentration.

Presentations in schools can be done on a small-scale group level or to entire year groups.

Sports teams can also benefit from athlete workshops in which the conversation is more performance-focussed.
